I’m confused, are you saying it would make you happy for the whitest lady on earth (me) who grew up in a super white state (Massachusetts) and now lives in the 2nd whitest state in the country (Vermont) to pretend she has a point of view and experience that she does NOT?

I won’t deny that it’s difficult (if not impossible) for me to write from that perspective because it’s *not* my perspective. But I sure as hell am not a racist. There’s a long distance between “not my experience” and RACIST. Hello.
